Official government and admin fees for each Tanzania e-Visa type. These are paid directly to the Tanzania Immigration Department.

Transit eVisa (valid for 7 days)

For travelers transiting through Tanzania to another destination. Valid for a single entry and up to 7 days.

Tourist eVisa (Single entry for 90 days)

For tourism, family visits, or leisure. Valid for a single entry and up to 90 days.

Tourist eVisa (Multiple entry for 1 year)

For U.S. citizens and select others. Allows multiple entries within 1 year, but each stay cannot exceed 90 days at a time.

Business eVisa (Single entry for 90 days)

For business-related travel, conferences, or short-term work. Valid for a single entry and up to 90 days.
